COMMERCIAL BUYER & TENANT INFORMATION

Through the entire transaction we will:
- Facilitate the negotiation process
- Communicate with you on a consistent basis
- Monitor progress toward closing, when LOI, contract or lease is accepted
- Attend any property inspections to gain perspective in person on any repairs that maybe requested by the buyer/tenant
- Monitor the buyers/tenants loan approval/financing
- Stay in contact with the buyer/tenant agent
- Be present at closing/occupancy walk through to ensure a successful conclusion
